If you know you username and password but are having difficulties getting in, please follow the directions below:
#1) Check your CAPITALIZATION. UPPER and lower case DOES matter.
Be sure to enter them in exactly as they were when you signed up.
#2) If you still experience difficulties after double checking your capitalization, then you likely have a browser problem. You can try lowering your security settings and clearing out your browser history then restarting.
If that still does not work then you need a new web browser. Go to: www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ and get the new Firefox web browser. I personally use this browser. It's considered by many to be the best web browser ever. Once you start using it, you will probably never go back to the Internet Explorer. You CAN keep your old browser if you still want to use it for other things, but for this website, get the Firefox so you can get right in. At any rate, download it, it doesn't cost anything. Then restart your computer, come back to this website and try again.
